Heated up the pork stew with mushrooms and cream from Gary Rhodes “Keeping it Simple” cookbook. Very nice, especially as I decided to leave out the squeeze of lemon when I made it yesterday. For such a lot of meat (900g) it’s a surprise that it only serves 4. No link to the recipe, but as the book is currently only £6.75 at WHSmith, it’s worth buying. I had it with thick white ‘farmhouse’ bread today, and mashed potatoes yesterday.
